For BondDesk Group, our consultant is the Information Architect responsible for creating a new best of breed architecture solution to replace the
company's legacy bond trading platform. The solution is an all encompassing Space Based Architecture (SBA) including Service Grid, Messaging Grid,
Data Grid and Processing Grid that is designed to significantly improve platform reliability, performance, scalability, extensibility, and maintainability.
Proposed solution was crafted using the GigaSpaces XAP software capabilities.

At Vitas, our top consultant implemented a HL7 compliant data mart to enable the client to replace reporting and analysis based on transaction
type tables with cubes generated from a star type schema. The most interesting tools used are Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 with the bundled
data profiling SSIS modules. Data is sourced, staged, transformed and moved into a dimensional model using the Wherescape Red Data Warehousing and BI tool.

In 2009, one of our top consultants was the Lead for the post LexisNexis Data Quality project to summarize, codify and productize the policies and
procedures for Data Governance and Data Quality using the Informatica Data Quality and Identity Systems toolsets as OEMed by Oracle. Here he installed, configured
and tested these tools. This task required the creation of data profile (analysis), cleansing, standardization and matching IDQ plans for party organization and
party individual detail data. The responsibilties included the design and creation of common source, metrics persistance, cleansed data and a match scoring data model.
We developed a narrative and presentations for how these tools and processes fit into modern Data Governance with respect to the Data Governance matrurity model.
Our consultant was very honored and pleased to prepared paper to be delivered at OAUG Spring 2010 conference.
Renewed in 2009, our consultant was the Enterprise Data Architect responsible for Data Quality Initiative at LexisNexis. Here he provided thought leadership to enable best in
class repeatable data profiling for enterprise data quality initiative. Key deliverables include enterprise level data quality/data profiling requirements and
design, data profiling metrics data model design, data cleansing and standardization rules. All this was done using the IBM Information Server (Quality Stage) toolset.
We managed off shore development team to instantiate this design
into a production ready data profiling system which provides regular periodic profiling of enterprise source system data. Our repsonsibilty included captureing data
quality rules from the data profiling effort to be fed back to source system owners. In the course of the project, it became necessary to migrated the data profiling
results metrics data base to Teradata. It was required to interface with Enterprise Customer Master team on data quality issues relevant to their deliverables
including profiling of MDM source data, data cleansing and standardization rules. This process saw the completeion of cleansing, standardization, matching and
de-duplication of LexisNexis source party individual and party organization data via fuzzy matching techniques.
Starting in 2008 our consultant was the Enterprise Data Architect responsible for MDM/CDI initial design. Responsibilities included data assessment of over 170 enterprise
source systems, a CDI data model design and finally, detailed recommendations for survivability rules and data governance and stewardship.

In 2008, our consultant was the Data Architect responsible for analysis and design of an initial data migration of donor data from legacy CRM applications to Siebel 8.0.
Responsibilities included relationship and dependency of legacy donor management, HR and contact management software. Finally, we did the mapping of this data to
the Siebel EIM tables.

One of our best consultants has been assisting AutoTrader.com with troubleshooting and support of their large Epiphany CRM applications. This included providing
